good to lower blood sugar and cholesterol level.
Green Leafy Vegetables

Diabetics must each fresh vegetable like carrot, radish, beans, lime, onions, ginger, garlic,

Diabetics must eat oranges, papaya, apple and guava to lower blood sugar levels. They must limit
eating strawberry, cantaloupe and pear.

mono-saturated fats. Walnuts are a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids.

Meat
Diabetics must incorporate white meat into their meal plans and avoid red meat.
Milk
Select low fat and fat free dairy and milk products. Avoid consuming whole milk.
