DIABETES
Visualize a desert. It is hot. The sun is producing massive heat. You are not sure
about the presence of an oasis. You are wheezing. You feel that your tongue is too big for your mouth. It
feels that you have not tasted water since months. You are craving for a single sip of water.
Do you have the same feeling often? Does the inner side of your mouth resemble a
desert? Do you have an unquenchable need to drink everything and anything in sight?
If yes! Then this excessive thirst is the warning sign of diabetes. But before jumping
on the conclusion and misdiagnosing .You have to see which of the following explains your excessive
thirst.

These includes caffeine, alcohol or antihistamines
Psychogenic Polydipsia
It is a psychiatric condition that makes the person feeling thirsty for no
reason

Exercise increase the water requirement of body
Diabetes
It is a severe illness that causes excessive urination which results in
dehydration.
